What Is a Turkey Neck?
Turkey neck is the term given to loose skin under the chin and on the neck. Some say this skin wobbles and jiggles, kind of like a turkey’s wattle. The condition can be caused by many factors including weight loss, aging, and genetics. Whatever the cause, a turkey neck is treatable. You do have options.
What Are My Treatment Options for a Turkey Neck?
In patients with severe turkey necks, surgery (facelift/neck lift) is typically the most effective option, but for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity, non-surgical options can be very effective. After a thorough examination, we can help you determine the best course of treatment for your loose neck skin.
Ultherapy- The Only FDA Cleared Device for Lifting Skin
Ultherapy is a unique treatment option and is the only FDA cleared treatment to lift sagging skin. When used on the neck area it can effectively treat a turkey neck.
