Dr. Heidi Johng earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota, where she also completed a joint MD/MPH program with a focus on global surgery. She went on to train in the University’s integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program, gaining comprehensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. During her training, Dr. Johng was actively engaged in research projects and presentations at national meetings, contributing to the advancement of plastic surgery knowledge. Her commitment to leadership and service is reflected in her many roles, including co-president of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, resident council member for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, resident ambassador for PlastyPAC, and resident representative for her medical school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion focus group.

Dr. Heidi Johng has been actively involved in professional leadership and advocacy throughout her training. Her role in organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has allowed her to contribute to advancing the field while promoting patient-centered, inclusive care.

Dr. Johng offers a range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures as well as non-surgical rejuvenation treatments. She specializes in gender-affirming top surgery, along with cosmetic breast and body procedures. Her approach is evidence-based and tailored to each patient’s needs, with a focus on achieving natural, harmonious results.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Heidi Johng enjoys time with her partner and pets, outdoor adventures around the Pacific Northwest, and exploring the local food scene. Her warm, approachable nature makes her a favorite among both patients and staff.
