Clinical Providers
Erin Montgomery, a certified physician assistant, has been with The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery since 2011. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University in 2006 with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies. Erin has extensive experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, providing comprehensive care for patients before and after surgery. She is highly skilled office procedures, laser treatments, and assisting the plastic surgeons, making her an asset to our team.
Kristina Jacobson, our dedicated nurse practitioner, has been with the Waldorf Center since 2011. She completed her degrees with honors at the University of Arizona. With over a decade of experience in cosmetic dermatology and surgery, Kristina is proficient in advanced laser treatments and injectable filler techniques. She customizes treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals, enhancing the services we offer at our plastic surgery and medical spa.
Megan Ayers joined The Waldorf Center in 2017. Megan is a nurse practitioner with wide experience in the clinical and aesthetic arenas. After moving to Portland in 2012, she developed a passion for patient care and wellness. Megan leads our wellness program evaluations and management, contributing to our holistic approach to aesthetic and medical treatments.
Lesley Heinsch has been a part of The Waldorf Center since 2006, transitioning from ICU nursing to plastic surgery. Lesley works closely with the surgeons, helping to determine the best aesthetic treatments for patients and building long-term relationships to meet their goals.
Daron Dean, originally from Brush Prairie, WA, joined The Waldorf Center in 2023. With a background in medical and trauma/surgical ICU nursing, Daron developed an interest in plastic surgery after caring for a friend undergoing gender-affirming surgery. She supports patients throughout their surgical journey.

Susan Eldridge, a certified and licensed aesthetician since 1980, joined The Waldorf Center in 1996. She advocates for continuing education and provides science-based skincare treatments.
Rebecca Bonello began her aesthetics career nearly 20 years ago and joined The Waldorf Center in 2003. Specializing in comprehensive skin evaluations and treatment plans using medical-grade products, Rebecca enhances our patients’ skincare experiences with her expertise.
Kaidee Wallner, an aesthetician since 2015, transitioned from aspiring makeup artist to skincare expert. She joined the Waldorf Cender in 2022. Kaidee loves helping patients achieve their skincare goals and guiding them on their home care routine, ensuring optimal results from our medical spa treatments.
Hayley Lovette, an aesthetician since 2017, joined the Waldorf Center in 2023. She blends wellness spa experiences with advanced medical skincare. She educates patients on skincare research and provides tailored home care routines, helping them achieve their best skin.

Marjorie Ashcom has worked in the medical field for 15 years, joining The Waldorf Center in 2001. With a decade of dermatology experience, she provides exceptional customer service and understands patients’ expectations, ensuring a seamless experience at our plastic surgery office.
Kim Stuart joined The Waldorf Center in 2006. As a patient relations coordinator, she assists with pre-authorizations, scheduling, and patient care, helping patients achieve their plastic surgery goals.
Karen Grant joined The Waldorf Center in 2014. She ensures patients receive exceptional care during their check-in and check-out process. She answers questions about our services and products, enhancing the patient experience at the Waldorf Center.
Bethany Manning joined The Waldorf Center in 2023 from OHSU. With many years of healthcare experience, she provides compassionate support and guidance to patients seeking to enhance their confidence and well-being, contributing to our exceptional patient care.
Tia Gomez has many years in the beauty and healthcare industry. She joined The Waldorf Center in 2022. She is passionate about creating positive experiences and building relationships with patients. Tia is dedicated to being part of patients’ aesthetic journey.

Christine Berger joined The Waldorf Center in 2002. She has been a registered nurse for 30 years, specializing in plastic surgery. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University and has extensive experience in surgery assistance and patient care.
MacKenzie Albert joined The Waldorf Center in 2021. With a background in dermatology and family medicine, she provides pre and post patient care after surgery and cosmetic treatments.
