39 year old female requested a consultation to discuss her concerns with her small breasts. After losing 15 pounds the patient noticed a significant amount of deflation in her breasts and requested 3D imaging with Vectra to see what a 34C would look like. After a thorough consultation and the opportunity to review 3D breast simulation, the patient elected to have a bilateral breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira SRM-375cc silicone implants.
