Erin Montgomery, our certified physician assistant, joined our staff back in 2011. She graduated from Marquette University in 2006 with a master's degree in physician assistant studies. Her many years of experience with a plastic and reconstructive surgical team in a Wisconsin academic institution prepared her well, and we are thankful to have her on our team. Erin cares for patients throughout the stages of their surgery. In addition, she is trained and experienced in microsurgery and laser treatments and is a skilled cosmetic injector.
Erryn graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000 with a degree in Sports Marketing and Communications. After spending ten years working closely with professional athletes and sports apparel companies in a marketing role, she chose to follow her passion for medicine. She attended PA school at DeSales University in Pennsylvania and graduated in 2015. Erryn spent two years as a trauma physician assistant before finding her calling in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Erryn enjoys caring for patients through all phases of their journey and watching Michigan football.
Kristina Jacobson, our nurse practitioner, is committed to providing the highest quality, compassionate care to our patients. Kristina completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors at the University of Arizona and moved to Oregon after practicing in California for many years. While living in Southern California, Kristina practiced in one of the nation's premier cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery centers. There, she was able to participate in the research and development of many lasers and anti-aging treatments. With more than a decade of experience, Kristina has helped educate many providers in laser treatments and advanced injectable filler techniques. She thoroughly enjoys tailoring treatment plans for each of her patients to help them meet and surpass their cosmetic goals.
Lesley Gretz has been with The Waldorf Center for almost 10 years. She was an ICU nurse for more than five years prior to joining The Waldorf Team. Lesley enjoys establishing long-term relationships with patients to meet their needs and reach their aesthetic goals. She works alongside Dr. Waldorf throughout the entire consultation process to help determine the right path for the patient. "My role is to help educate the patients about all of the options out there. I feel like there have been many places that take advantage of patients, and here, at The Waldorf Center, our focus is on each individual patient and what treatments are right for them. I treat patients as if they were part of my family. â€¦ It's how I'd want to be treated."
Megan joined The Waldorf Center in 2017 and previously worked in general surgery at Salem Hospital. Born and raised in Albany, Megan relocated to Portland in 2012. Her interest in a nursing career started after spending an extensive amount of time in a hospital while an ill family member received care. Megan enjoys all aspects of patient care and is excited to learn more about plastic surgery.
Born and raised in Portland, Tara joined The Waldorf Center team in August 2016. Tara has a passion for learning all she can about plastic surgery, and loves working with patients through every step of their journey. As a 2015 graduate of Sumner College, Tara plans to continue her education by attaining her RN degree in the near future.
Susan Eldridge moved from Boston in 1990 with her husband and three boys. She has been a certified and licensed aesthetician since 1980. She joined The Waldorf Center in 1996 and has been a valued member of the staff since. "I am an advocate of continuing education, and Dr. Waldorf has always been a strong proponent as well. It is our policy to make science-based choices for our patients, so I feel confident and proud to be of service to our patients, knowing the products and treatments will make a real difference." Susan is currently the president of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and a volunteer for the Phoenix Society's World Burn Congress.
Working at some of the world's most exclusive spas with more than 17 plus years' experience, Janice now specializes in skin care for The Waldorf Center. In her corrective facials, she can treat conditions ranging from sensitive rosacea to mature and acne-prone skin types while providing a comfortable and gentle approach. Her conscientious attention to detail pushes her toward her ultimate goal: complete patient satisfaction. She offers a full complement of personal esthetic services ranging from basic to advanced skin care treatments.
Rebecca began her aesthetics career nearly 20 years ago in Bend, Oregon. After relocating to Portland in 2000, Rebecca worked in several high-end spas and hotel spas before joining the team at The Waldorf Center in early 2003. After nearly four years at The Waldorf Center, life gave Rebecca the opportunity to move abroad, to Munich, Germany, where she began a family, taught English for a couple of years, got her business-level German certificate, and eventually opened her own mobile spa business, which she ran successfully until she and her family were once again relocated to Portland, Oregon.
With Rebecca's passion for helping her clients dramatically improve their skin, it was only natural for her to return to The Waldorf Center where our medical-grade products and treatments allow her to utilize her experience to offer our patients a comprehensive skin evaluation and treatment plan.
Erica has been in aesthetics since 2017 and has since continued her education through additional aesthetic courses. Connecting with patients is very important to Erica, as is staying up to date on skincare related medical studies, and the science behind product formulation. She is also very passionate about the biology behind skin disorders, aging, and acne. "There is no such thing as bad skin, but there are bad ingredients and routines. I love seeing people finally feel empowered through skincare education and be able to understand the biology behind what skin needs".
As patient care coordinator, Brittany's top priority is patient care. You will meet Brittany during your initial consultation. Brittany is always available for questions or concerns and acts as the liaison between patients and the surgical team.
Brittany is passionate about creating a positive experience for our patients every step of their cosmetic surgery journey; she works hard to ensure that each question is answered and all expectations are addressed.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Brittany joined the practice in 2016. Brittany has worked in the customer service industry for more than 10 years and is excited to utilize her experiences and transition her career into the healthcare field.
Marjorie has worked in the medical field for the past 15 years. Marjorie first joined The Waldorf Center in 2001. in 2006, she branched out to the field of dermatology. After spending 10 years in dermatology, Marjorie returned to The Waldorf Center in June 2016.
She has worked in a wide variety of customer service industry professions, including retail, salon, law enforcement, and the 1997 and 1999 Legislative Sessions at the Oregon State Capitol." I feel that my background in such a broad range of professions gives me a greater understanding and appreciation for the patients' expectations and experience. Patients want and deserve exceptional customer service, and that is what all of us at The Waldorf Center aspire to provide on a daily basis."
As a patient relations coordinator, Kim Stuart assists patients and their family members in obtaining pre-authorizations from third party payers and reviewing the available options. She is one of the friendly voices on the phone, answering questions and scheduling appointments. Taking care of patients is her No. 1 priority. Kim has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years, joining The Waldorf Center in 2006. "I find that plastic surgery is where my heart is. I truly enjoy working with patients to help them achieve their goals."
Karen has worked for the plastic surgery industry off and on for the last 25 years. She has held a variety of positions, from scheduler to customer service relations, medical billing, patient care coordination, and surgical booking. In addition to her extensive experience, Karen possesses strong communication skills and takes pride in being organized, professional, and customer service oriented. Her solid experience in the aesthetic industry has given her the ability to answer all of your questions relating to The Waldorf Center's services and products. Karen will ensure that you receive exceptional care during your check-in process.
As patient relations coordinator, Rosa is always here to help patients as they navigate and begin their journey here at The Waldorf Center. From your initial phone conversation to checking in for your first appointment Rosa will be one of the friendly faces you will meet upon arrival. She grew up in Eastern Oregon and move to Portland about 5 years ago. Rosa joined The Waldorf Center in 2019 and offers 10 plus years of customer service experience and two years in the healthcare field.
As the practice concierge, Jasmin is a resource to enhance the patient experience at The Waldorf Center. From the services we offer, to your scheduling needs she is committed to extending herself to all patients that visit us. With a growing career in luxury customer service throughout Washington and Oregon Jasmin joined our team in 2019. This is Jasmin's first experience in a plastic surgery practice environment, and she is eager to grow her expertise.
Josh has been a member of The Waldorf Center team since mid-2017. He joined our practice after working several years at a large health system in the Portland area. He received his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, and his Masters in Healthcare Administration from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR. He has always had an interest in healthcare, specifically working in care environments with a multidisciplinary approach. He enjoys being a part of exceptional professionals at The Waldorf Center, who are all focused on providing individuals with an excellent experience.
Sarah has worked for Dr. Waldorf since 2006 and officially joined The Waldorf Center team in February 2016. After receiving her MBA from Marylhurst University in 2010 she focused her career on outpatient surgery center business operations. Sarah proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1998-2003 and is thankful for all the opportunities and skills she gained while serving. She enjoys working in plastic surgery business operations and strives to provide excellent customer service when working with patients.
