This pleasant 34-year old female requested a cosmetic consultation to discuss her aesthetic concerns with volume loss and drooping breasts after breastfeeding two children. After a thorough consultation she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy). Her implants are Natrelle Inspira SRL-230 cc silicone implants.
