This lovely 27-year old woman presented for a cosmetic consultation to discuss her concerns with small, droopy breasts after having breastfed one child. She elected to proceed with a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch SSM-310cc silicone implants.
