25 year old female requested bilateral breast reduction, primary concerns regarding shoulder pain, back pain, neck pain and bra strap grooving. The patient's large breasts not only cause her pain, but interfere with exercise and sleep. She presented wearing a 36 F and would like to become a C. Patient had 584 grams of breast tissue removed and is very pleased with her post operative results.
