This 37-year old female patient requested a cosmetic consultation to discuss concerns with loose skin. After gastric sleeve surgery this patient has significan weight loss and had excess arm skin. She elected to proceed with a brachioplasty (arm lift) in addition to an upper body lift, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and mastopexy (breast lift)
