This pleasant female patient requested a cosmetic consultation to discuss her concerns with her large breasts and shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, rashes beneath her breasts and difficulty with certain activities. After a complete consultation she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast reduction. Approximately 958 grams were removed from the right breast and 870 grams were removed from the left breast.
