This 41-year old female patient requested a consultation to discuss her large breasts that were resulting in shoulder, neck and back pain. After a thorough consultation, the patient elected to proceed with a bilateral breast reduction. Approximately 1,090 grams of tissue was removed from the left breast and 960 grams of tissue was removed from the right breast.
