This pleasant 21-year old female requested a consult to discuss a bilateral breast reduction. She had tried physical therapy and other preventative measures to alleviate back, shoulder and neck pain but had minimal improvement in her quality of life. After a thorough consultation she elected to proceed with a breast reduction where 975 grams were removed from the left breast and 1,100 grams were removed from the right breast.
