This 37-year old female patient requested a cosmetic consultation to discuss her concerns with excess abdominal skin, excess abdominal adipose tissue and abdominal wall laxity. After discussing her concerns with her board-certified plastic surgeon, she elected to proceed with an abdominoplasty (fleur de lis) in addition to a brachioplasty (arm lift), mastopexy (breast lift) and upper body lift.
