This pleasant 33-year old man requested a cosmetic surgery consultation to discuss his concerns with excess abdominal tissue and skin. The patient had lost over 100 pounds and wanted to address the extra skin. After a complete consultation he elected to proceed with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
