The following procedures are some of the many reconstructive surgical treatments that we offer at The Waldorf Center. During your initial consultation with our center you will have a chance to meet with our surgeons, nurses, and estheticians. This consultation typically takes forty-five minutes and allows you the opportunity to explain what type of correction you are seeking. Our surgeons will then discuss your treatment options and expectations. Your questions will be answered in detail and you will be shown before and after pictures of actual patients our surgeons have operated on. Due to patient confidentiality we have not posted some these pictures on our site, but we have all of our photos available for you to view during your consultation.

After a woman's breast is removed due to cancer she has the option to reconstruct a new breast from her own tissue or to have an implant placed after using tissue expanders. The federal law now mandates that insurance companies cover any surgery to create symmetry of the breasts after a mastectomy. Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Surgery
	One of every 800 babies is born with a cleft lip or cleft palate. Surgery can easily repair this birth defect when your child is about three months old. The scars from surgery will fade with time and are hidden in the shadows formed by the nose.

	Men with excess breast tissue and fat.
What is the recovery process for male breast reduction?
	You will be sore and bruised for a few days and swelling will gradually decrease a few weeks after surgery.
What are the expected results for this type of reconstructive surgery?
	Your chest will have a more masculine contour and the incisions are hidden around your nipples.
