Since The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, formerly known as Northwest Aesthetic Laser Center, began in 1993, we have identified with the beauty of the nautilus seashell.

"The interior of the chambered nautilus possesses more subtle motion than any man-made form. It awes us. It compels us to improve upon its perfection. A pursuit as impossible as it is worthwhile."

As a team of dedicated and caring professionals, we have adopted this quote as our mission statement. It guides our daily efforts and is the basis that defines our practice. When you choose a plastic surgeon you are choosing the staff as well. We welcome you to The Waldorf Center. The staff will make every effort to ensure your visit is comfortable and informative. The team at The Waldorf Center consists of two plastic surgeons (Kathleen A. Waldorf, MD, FACS & Shannon P. O'Brien, MD), a physician assistant (Colleen D. Phillips, PA-C), BSN level registered nurses, medical assistants, medical aestheticians, and business/administrative staff.

Our certified surgical suite, the Wilshire Surgery Center, is located on-site. Most of our surgeries are performed using general anesthesia administered by an anesthesiologist from Oregon Anesthesia Group (OAG). Dr. Patricia Pancoast, from OAG, has been our dedicated anesthesiologist since 2000.
