Our New Building - Opening this Summer

We will be moving into our new state-of-the-art facility soon! Our new location is at:
9775 SW Wilshire St., Suite 200, Portland, OR 97225, at the junction of Highway 217 and Highway 26.
Dr. Waldorf will continue to see patients at our old location, 12400 NW Cornell Road. If you are uncertain which location your appointment is being held at, please contact our receptionist/scheduler at 503.646.0101.

A special Grand Opening Celebration will be held on Friday, July 17th, from 12 Noon to 7 PM.
