Northwest Vein Specialists, P.C. focuses on the minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins using endovenous laser techniques and sclerotherapy in combination with ultrasound localization. Drs. Zelko and Jamison are board certified general surgeons and have years of experience with the management of this disease process.

Drs. Jamison and Zelko offer consultations in vein therapy to correct varicose veins. At the initial consultation we will provide you with the information you need to make the best possible decision for yourself. Treatment options for varicose veins range from Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy to the Endo Laser Vein System (ELVeS). Financial Policies

There is a one-time consultation fee of $100 due at the time of visit. We accept CASH, CHECK, or CHARGE. Northwest Vein Specialists DOES NOT bill any insurance companies, but we do try to obtain pre-certification from insurance companies. Please bring your insurance card to your visit if you would like us to seek pre-certification with your insurance.

If you are a candidate for laser treatment or sclerotherapy, your fees will be due prior to treatment. A price quote will be given to you at your consultation. After treatment we will provide you a copy of the operative report. If you choose, you can personally bill your insurance company. We will assist you in providing your insurance company the necessary information, but this does not guarantee reimbursement.

Full payment is due prior to your procedure. If payment is not received prior to your treatment, it will be canceled. Fees include all post operative care. Fees are not refundable after your procedure has been performed.
