Face

In social settings, your face is the first thing people see when interacting with you. According to research presented by the BBC, 90% of people use the face as a path to judge your character and personality. If you’re dissatisfied by the way you look, consider facial enhancements by one of the most reputable cosmetic surgery facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Facial surgery may have a reconstructive purpose, may be to rejuvenate an aging face, or be to attain an aesthetic ideal. Take the next steps towards greater interaction, heightened self-esteem, and a better you.

Your First Consultation

We believe you need to be well-informed about the surgical procedure in which you are interested. That includes the processes of preparing for a procedure, and the recovery period. The physician will meet with you about your concerns and personal goals. Feel free to bring in images of looks that you do or don’t like to help us understand your aesthetic tastes and goals. The surgeon will then examine you, and base her opinion on how to achieve your goals based on best practices, and how the procedure will affect you.

Choosing a surgeon is an intensely personal decision. We encourage you to take time to question the physician, and her team. We believe the formation of a personal bond is an integral part of the surgery and healing process.

Facelift

Also known as a rhytidectomy, a facelift surgery can rejuvenate your appearance by repositioning fat, muscles, and soft tissues into positions that are more youthful. If you are unhappy with the signs of aging, a facelift can be a simple procedure that delivers head-turning results.

Brow Lift Surgery

The aging process can cause eyebrows to descend into a “heavy brow,” giving an appearance of stress, anger, fatigue, or sadness. With an endoscopic brow lift surgery, you can restore your brow and eyebrows to a more youthful position, and reduce the wrinkles across your forehead, as well.

Eyelid Surgery

Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is a procedure that addresses the signs of aging around the eyes. Wrinkles, bags under the eyes, and the extra skin of the upper lid that sometimes interferes with a person’s vision, can all be corrected with blepharoplasty. The windows to your soul can look refreshed and youthful with this simple procedure.

Nose Surgery

One of the most popular surgical procedures is nose surgery or rhinoplasty. You may be dissatisfied with your nose due to breakage, genetics, or because you have problems with breathing. With rhinoplasty many of these issues can be addressed with a recovery time of just a few weeks.

Cheek and Lip Augmentation

Through the natural process of aging, the fullness of your facial cheeks and lips can be lost. For some patients, a facelift may be a more appropriate approach to improve cheek volume. For others, fullness of the cheeks and lips can be replenished through a simple injection procedure by one of our exceptionally trained clinical injectors. Results from the cosmetic cheek and lip enhancement are apparent immediately with full recovery in a few days.

Cosmetic Ear Surgery

If you have protruding ears, big ears, or thinning earlobes, ear surgery may be the procedure for you. By reshaping the cartilage for prominent ears, the ears will be able to be positioned closer to the head, which can greatly improve self-esteem and confidence. For thinning earlobes caused by the aging process, replenishing lost volume or removing excess skin can make a significant difference in ear appearance.

Dermal Fillers

By injecting dermal fillers into the deep layer of the skin, wrinkles, creases, or depressed scars are less noticeable. Collagen and elastin layers in the skin become depleted and disorganized over time. With the appropriate dermal filler, volume can be restored.

Fat Grafting

Fat grafting, or fat transfer, is the process of moving fat from one area of the body to another area as a method to increase volume lost from the face and lips. In addition, fat grafting is used to increase volume in depressed scars or contour abnormalities after injury or prior surgery.

Chin Augmentation Surgery

The chin plays a very prominent role in the balance of one’s facial features. If it is too small, the neck can look much fuller whereas a larger chin can be disproportionate to the other features of your face. Through chin surgery, proportions are restored that create a more attractive jaw line.
