Should I make appointments for my treatments?

Yes, please phone, email or visit the office to make reservations at your earliest convenience.

When should I arrive?

We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatments at the medical day spa will end on time so the next patient will not be inconvenienced.

How can I ensure a wonderful spa experience?

Ask your aesthetician questions! Talking with your provider will help them customize your services to ensure your maximum benefit and enjoyment.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available in the amount to suit your gifting needs. Please ask our patient relations specialist for details on purchasing gift certificates for family and friends.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

We hope you do not have to cancel. Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. This courtesy allows another patient to use your treatment time.
