The following procedures are some of the many surgical treatments for body contouring that we offer at The Waldorf Center For Plastic Surgery. During your initial consultation with our center you will have a chance to meet with our surgeons, nurses, and estheticians, who are all based in Portland Oregon. This consultation typically takes forty-five minutes and allows you the opportunity to explain what type of correction you are seeking. Our surgeons will then discuss your treatment options and expectations. Your questions will be answered in detail and you will be shown before and after pictures of actual patients our surgeons have operated on. Due to patient confidentiality we have not posted some these pictures on our site, but we have all of our photos available for you to view during your consultation.
	Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Who is a candidate?
		If you have weak abdominal muscles or loose skin as the result of massive weight loss or pregnancy.
	What is the recovery process for a tummy tuck?
		You will need to rest for the fist five to seven days and continue to wear a support garment for several weeks following surgery.
	What are the expected results?
		Excess fat and skin will be removed and the abdominal muscles tightened, leaving you with a flatter abdomen and enhanced figure.

	Endermologie (Cellulite Treatment) back to the top Endermologie is a therapeutic treatment designed to eliminate the appearance of cellulite. Endermologie is recognized worldwide. This cellulite treatment combines gentle suction with two active rollers resulting in a therapeutic massage lasting 45 minutes. A series of at least 14 treatments one to two times per week is recommended to achieve results. After your initial series, cellulite treatments should be performed once a month for maintenance. We believe Endermologie greatly enhances the results of liposuction, or removal of cellulite.

	Ultrasonic Assisted Lipoplasty(UAL) and Suction Assisted Lipectomy(SAL) (Liposuction) back to the top Who is a candidate?
		If you have stubborn fat deposits which cause you to look disproportionate, liposuction can be greatly beneficial. Liposuction does not function as a method of weight loss, but markedly improves contour. Areas that can be treated with Liposuction are: chin, neck, arms, abdomen, back, buttocks, hips, inner thighs, outer thighs, knees, calves, and ankles.
	What is the recovery process for liposuction?
		You will be uncomfortable for a few days and will wear a compression garment for several weeks after surgery.
	What are the expected results?
		The tiny incisions will be hidden in your natural skin creases and you will be thrilled with your slimmer body contour.

		If you have drooping, flabby or dimpled skin around your thighs, hips, and buttock areas or atrophic redundant skin after massive weight-loss.
	What is the recovery process for a thigh lift?
		You will need to wear a compression garment for several weeks following surgery and you may experience swelling and bruising.
	What are the expected results?
		You will experience improved skin contours and a tighter, more attractive lower body appearance, but some scarring is to be expected, especially with the circumferential lift.
