Erin Osinga, PA-C
Erin Osinga, our certified physician assistant, joined our staff in 2011. She graduated from Marquette University in 2006 with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies. Her years of experience with a plastic and reconstructive surgical team in a Wisconsin academic institution prepared her well, and we are thankful to have her on our team. Erin cares for patients throughout the stages of their surgery. In addition, she is trained and experienced in microsurgery, laser treatments, and is a skilled cosmetic injector.
Kristina Jacobson, NP
Kristina Jacobson, our nurse practitioner, is committed to providing the highest quality, compassionate care to our patients. Kristina completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors at the University of Arizona and moved to Oregon after practicing in California for many years.
While living in Southern California, Kristina practiced in one of the nation’s premier cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery centers. There, she was able to participate in the research and development of many lasers and anti-aging treatments. With over a decade of experience, Kristina has helped educate many providers in laser treatments and advanced injectable filler techniques.
Kristina is a great asset to the Waldorf Center team and patients. She thoroughly enjoys tailoring treatment plans for each of her patients to help them meet and surpass their goals.
Lesley Gretz, RN, BSN
Lesley Gretz has been a part of the clinical team since 2006. Lesley graduated from OHSU School of Nursing in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree. Prior to joining The Waldorf Center, she worked in critical care for 3 years. “I like working here because of the people that I get to work with and the physicians that I get to learn from. Plastic surgery isn’t just the superficial side of medicine that most people think of it as. There’s great satisfaction in helping educate patients throughout the surgical process. I just treat them the way that I’d treat my family.” Outside of work Lesley cherishes her time with family and friends.
Amanda Wright, RN, BSN
Amanda Wright joined The Waldorf Center clinical team in 2011. She graduated from Walla Walla University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. “I like plastic surgery because I enjoy seeing the transformation of patients, and being able to help them–physically and emotionally–through each point along their journey. Being a part of the Waldorf Center team provides me with the best opportunity to stay current within the field of medical aesthetics.” In addition to working at The Waldorf Center, Amanda is part of the nursing team at The Wilshire Surgery Center where she assists patients after surgery.

It is our policy to make science-based choices for our patients, so I feel confident and proud to be of service to our patients knowing the products and treatments will make a real difference”. Susan is member of the SPSSCS, Associated Skin Care Specialists, and a volunteer for the Phoenix Society’s World Burn Congress.

She enjoys working here because of the “high level of quality service provided for patients, as well as the warm and friendly group of individuals I feel privileged to work with.”
Kim Carrick, Patient Relations Coordinator
As a Patient Relations Coordinator, Kim Carrick meets with patients following their initial consultation with a physician. In Kim’s words, “seeing the patient complete this process, whether cosmetic or reconstructive, is the most rewarding part of my job!” With a BSN from Marquette University, Kim joined The Waldorf Center in May 2002. One thing that stands out to Kim as an employee is the staff – “they are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patients are always their first priority.” In her spare time, Kim enjoys life with her three grown children and husband.
Jaime O’Brien, Receptionist/Scheduler
Jaime O’Brien joined The Waldorf Center as our receptionist and scheduler in August 2006. “I have always been fascinated with plastic surgery, so naturally this job is a perfect fit. Working in aesthetics has been the best job I’ve ever had by far — we are constantly changing lives for the better.” Over time Jaime has developed a strong rapport with our patients. The most rewarding part is “getting to see the before and after results, not only of their outside appearance, but more importantly the difference in their confidence and self esteem.” In her spare time, Jaime likes to spend time with her friends and family, dance, and buy expensive shoes!
Kim Stuart, Patient Relations Coordinator
As a Patient Relations Coordinator, Kim Stuart assists patients and their family members in obtaining pre-authorizations from third party payers and reviewing the available options. She is one of the friendly voices on the phone, answering questions and scheduling appointments. Taking care of patients is her number one priority. Kim has worked in the medical field for over 15 years, joining The Waldorf Center in 2006. “I find that plastic surgery is where my heart is. I truly enjoy working with patients to help them achieve their goals.”
